Engaged Storytelling!
A trained and experienced narrator, David has been telling stories since birth.
As a writer himself, he excels at communicating and expressing ideas. Understanding and helping to break down thoughts and dialogue for the listener is his expertise. Whether science fiction, fantasy, medicine, military or young adult/childhood learning, David's voice may be the one you're looking for. Some samples are coming - but in the meantime check out his Radio Demo & Animation Demo for general voice reference.

Q: How can I get my audiobook produced?
A: You have some options.
1) TOP TIER: You can pay for Production. This means an outside studio will be contracted - on top of David's standard PFH (Per Finished Hour) rate. The studio will handle scheduling, engineering, editing and essentially making sure your audiobook is ready to be available and sold across all the mediums you need!
2) MIDDLE TIER: You can pay for only Engineering. This means a studio will be rented and an Engineer will ensure all the recording goes smoothly. Still a quality option, though a little bit longer of a process with slightly less guarantees.
3) BUDGET TIER: You can hire only David. David will absolutely entertain and enchant, recording your product with all of his skill and heart. Then, the recording files will be delivered to you to engineer, edit, produce, adjust as needed for posting wherever you like.
Q: Will he do Royalty Share? (Also what is Royalty Share?)
A: [Royalty Share Agreements allow the audiobook author - or rights holder - to pay nothing up front for production. The producer/narrator are then compensated from the sales of the book. (You can find out more about this via ACX, the Audible.com audiobook creation exchange.)]
David doesn't typically work under these agreements, but may make exceptions depending on the project. Reach out and ask!
Q: What are David's specialties?
A: A well-educated (See: NERD) fan of science fiction, fantasy, D&D, comics, video games and various other sub-genres, David also considered medical school and has been immersed deeply in the legal world. Because of all of these things, you'd be hard-pressed to find someone better for anything from your fun, whimsical, or even crazy-complex plots, language or dialogue. Including:
